What is Spravato?
Spravato is the brand name for esketamine, a nasal spray FDA-approved in 2019 for adults with treatment-resistant depression. It received a second FDA approval in 2020 for major depressive disorder with acute suicidal ideation. You self-administer the spray at a certified clinic and stay for a two-hour monitoring window. What Spravato is not

Mechanism
